NEIGHBORHOOD FENCE.
Primo is a low-level fence who works in a hardware store in the South Bronx, near one of Hector’s buildings. Along with his friend Flaco, they seek to make fast money on the streets to augment their job wages. While ambitious, they’re too tame for the viciousness of the NYC streets. Understanding both their ambitions and tameness, Hector limits them to minor scores, which he comes across as part of his night work, as The CALICO.
