  • How Does a Sigma Comics Subscription work?

    It depends based on the type of subscription. With a Digital Subscription, once you pay for your subscription, you’ll get access to each one of your issues as they become available on your account on the Website. You will get an email notification telling you every time a new issue is released.
    If you have a Print Reader Subscription, you get FREE SHIPPING so you pay only for your comic books, which are mailed to you poly-bagged and boarded in a standard envelope paper stock, through First-Class Mail from the USPS, as they are released! This is perfect for most readers, who aren’t concerned with their comic books being in pristine, ‘showroom’ condition. Your comics will arrive in your mailbox however they arrive; pristine, slight nicks ,dents, etc. Note: Free shipping is limited to one (1) issue per domestic shipment.
    If you have a Print Collector Subscription, you pay for both your comic books and shipping costs, which are mailed to you poly-bagged and boarded in a heavy-duty, literature box, through First-Class Mail from the USPS. This is perfect for collectors, who must ensure the highest value for their comic books and need them to arrive unblemished. Your comics will arrive in your mailbox in excellent condition.

  • How do I start a subscription?

    EASY! Just go to https://www.sigmacomics.com/order-issues/ and select your desired subscription type, from your choices of DIGITAL, PRINT or COMBO. Then just follow the prompts to checkout and you’ll be all set!

  • What if my comic is lost or damaged?

    Each shipment you receive from Sigma Comics has a tracking number so you are always able to identify and track your package, except Print Reader copies. If your comic is damaged and you have a Print Collector or Print Collector Combo Subscription, simply send us a “Resend Request” at CONTACT, and we’ll send you out a new copy of that issue at no cost. Please note there is a limit of two (2) Resend Requests per Print Collector or Print Collector Combo Subscription. This means you will only receive two replacements on your Print Collector or Print Collector Combo Subscription. Resend Requests are not available for Printer Reader or Print Reader Combo Subscriptions.

  • Why do I have to pay Sales Tax?

    Due to the 2018 Supreme Court case South Dakota v. Wayfair, we have to collect sales tax for all states that require it, which is most of them.
    Tax Exempt States
    We are required by law to charge sales tax for all states except: Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Tennessee, Illinois, New York, and Oklahoma.
    Tax Exempt Resellers
    If you are a retailer or comic dealer who has a tax exempt reseller certificate from your state, you may provide us with a copy of your certificate and you will not be charged sales tax. Just select “Tax Exempt” at CONTACT, and indicate your status and possession of the documentation above and we will contact you for verification.

  • Do You Offer Returns?

    No; the reason being because we are currently not set up to handle a customer service operation. We’re just starting out folks! We’ll keep you posted when this changes.

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

    Yes, but we only ship English-language comic books and items located in the Shop. International shipping does not qualify for free shipping.
