King of Thieves.
Kingman is a notorious underworld figure who is responsible for countless burglaries in New York City. Despite having Downs Syndrome, he is an extremely sophisticated and dangerous criminal, who operates from an unsuspecting pawn shop based in the historically Irish neighborhood of Woodlawn, in The Bronx. While he contracts out many illegal activities, his personal staff is comprised solely of individuals with Downs Syndrome.
