Here Comes CALICO Issue 8 Launches on Kickstarter

December 5, 2023 – New York, NY – New York, NY – Sigma Comics announced today that it launched the highly anticipated Issue #8 of its comic book mini series, Here Comes CALICO. The hard-hitting series features the Vegan antihero, The CALICO, who stalks and viciously murders people who torture animals. This is the last issue of the series and pits the titular character against a dangerous criminal organization based in Midtown, New York City.

“The CALICO has stepped foot in all the boroughs in pursuit of a criminal network that is responsible for countless cases of abuse, torture and slaughter of innocent animals,” said H.H. German, Sigma Comics’ founder. “The wild ride ends in Midtown Manhattan, and readers are pre-warned this title is rated M for mature and not for the faint of heart.”

Sigma Comics’ flagship title, Here Comes CALICO, was released as a comic book in the United States in 2020, and has since sold very well at comic book and pop culture conventions all across North America. The company recently signed a distribution deal with Diamond Comic Distributors, Inc. for additional reach into comic book stores worldwide.

As it does with all of its releases, Here Comes CALICO Issue #8 has been released for pre-order as a crowdfunded campaign, through Kickstarter.
